BACKGROUND
New FY26 Agreement is pending revision and approval from La Joya ISD. The funding will be from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. La Joya ISD is finalizing the revised draft of the Agreement and will respond in the upcoming weeks. Once the final draft of the Agreement is signed and provided by La Joya ISD, an agenda will be initiated for the upcoming Commissioners Court meeting thereafter for the approval to enter into the new Agreement and certify revenues.
