BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Appropriation into object code 601 (see attached) within the Fiscal Year 8 SDI Grant (1293). Total amount of the appropriation is $5,107.00 (due to Contract Change Notice #001A, which stipulates an increase in the maximum billing allowable from $214,469.00 to $219,576.00 by the Hidalgo County Health Department).
