The Urban County Program requests cancellation of authorization to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of Quintanilla, Headley & Associates for the provision of engineering services for a City of Alamo Street Improvements Project.

BACKGROUND

The Urban County Program requested authorization to negotiate a professional engineering contract for the City of Alamo Street Improvements Project on May 27, 2008, and was approved (See AI- 9412). During the negotiation process the city opted to pay for the services directly from the city general funds. Notice is given that Urban County Program funds will be utilized for the testing and construction phase for the Street Improvements Project.
