BACKGROUND
The proposed amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 will increase funds for the Parks, Recreational Facilities and Street Improvement line items in UCP Year 17 (2004), Year 18 (2005), Year 19 (2006), and Year 20 (2007) for the completion of the existing workplans.
