Requesting approval to authorize Urban County to utilize County Funds, Special Revenue Bank Account, as interim funding for payment of expenditures associated to the following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs:

BACKGROUND
Urban County Program (UCP) is requesting approval to process accounts payable invoices for the federally awarded grants currently under administration using Bank 02. At this time, the HUD Integrated Disbursement and Information Services System (IDIS) is experiencing a systemwide issue that is preventing the creation of drawdowns, which serve as the mechanism through which Urban County receives program funds. UCP is seeking authorization to temporarily utilize the County’s Special Revenue Bank Account to cover these expenditures and will reimburse the account accordingly once IDIS is restored.
