A.  Presentation for discussion, consideration and action related to the engagement of professional services required to assess and detail the scope of work (i.e. excavation) to be contracted to relieve and address the "emergency situation declared by CC on 7-22-08" in connection with the "culvert pipe/bridge washout" on Mile 3N & FM 491 including acceptance and approval of invoices related to same (if necessary and applicable);

B.  Authority to advertise for all necessary construction and related goods and/or services in connection with the: Repair and/or Re-construction-Culvert Pipe/Bridge Washout" at Mile 3N & FM 491;

C.  Authority to engage the engineering services required to develop and draft specifications and scopes of work through the County's approved "pool" of engineers and protocol for nomination of at least three (3) firms, grading/scoring/evaluation, presenation of grid, ranking by CC and negotiation of a contract for said services;
