A. Request approval to open individual interest bearing savings accounts at First National Bank to account for retainages of all Constructions contracts that have been awarded by the District in accordance to Government Code 2252.032. The accounts will be in the name of Hidalgo County Drainage District #1 with the project name subtitle.

B. Request approval of Change Order No. 5 on the Contract with Jimmy Closner & Sons Construction Co., Inc. for the Construction of the Alamo Drain Master Drainage Project Phase II.

C. Request approval of Payment Request No.1 to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of the Mission Levee Improvement Project, Banker Weir to Inspiration Road.

D. Request approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Contract with S & B Infrastructure, LTD for the Raymondville Drain Outfall. This Agreement will change the current period of service to July 31, 2009 (one additional year). The extension of time is needed for the completion of submittals to the Corp of Army Engineers and required land acquisition on the Raymondville Drain.
