Discussion, consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Foremost Paving, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $213,238.15 utilizing CDBG funds from Fiscal Years 2024-2025 Peñitas Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 20, 2026 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with Foremost Paving, Inc. Project consists of street overlay. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer M2 Engineering, PLLC. and contractor’s general liability insurance.
