Discussion, consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Elite Grading & Paving, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $114,148.60 utilizing CDBG funds from Fiscal Year 2025 Elsa Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 13, 2026 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with Elite Grading & Paving, LLC. Project consists of street overlay. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
