BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Commissioner's Court approved a professional engineering contract with Dos Logistics, Inc. on March 11, 2008 in the amount of $500,000.00. Amendment #1 is to request an additional 60 days for completion of the planning study. There is no budget increase to the contract.
