BACKGROUND
The National Community Development Association (NCDA) continues to be committed to the goal of assisting local governments in achieving high quality, locally-responsive programs for making communities better places in which to live and work. Membership in NCDA is critical in the fight to protect and preserve funding for safe, decent and affordable housing along with other community development programs.
