BACKGROUND
On Wednesday August 6, 2008 the 370th District Court received a call from Esther Perez at the Auditor's Department regarding some outstanding invoices for Toshiba. A purchase order was not requested because we were not aware of the above mentioned invoices. Therefore, Ms. Perez forward the invoices to the 370th District Court for approval. Once our research was concluded, we are hereby requesting payment on the above outstanding invoices.
