Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A)(4) a professional service for Appraisal Services in connection with Hidalgo County Precinct No 4 Various Projects including, but not limited to, acquisitions and/or disposition on an as needed and (if applicable) completion time proposed basis; 

B. Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of Appraiser in connection with professional appraisal services required for Hidalgo County Precinct No 4 Various Projects including, but not limited to acquisitions and/or dispositions on an as needed and (if applicable) completion time proposed basis;
