A. Requesting authority for the County to exercise the one year (1) option to extend the current contract (as permitted under the current contract) with Lone Star Shredding & Document Storage for "Off Premises Storage, Records Management, Pickup & Delivery Services"; or in the alternative,
B. Requesting authority to advertise with approval of newly modified/drafted specifications for: " Off Premises Storage, Records Management, Pickup & Delivery Services"
C. Presentation for discussion and consideration for Commissioners' Court to begin/implement a self sustaining Records Management division relating to the above mentioned project with authority to obtain environmental and/or structural assessments of the San Carlos Warehouse facility with authority to select and engage the applicable professional services utilizing the County's "Pools"
