Pursuant to the assessment and recommendation submitted by the Hidalgo County Planning Department addressing the immediate necessity to make emergency repairs, presentation for discussion, consideration and action to include "Mile 6 West, Mile 13 North and Martin Moralez Roads Projects" as additions to the original Scope of Services for the "Culvert Pipe-Bridge Washout on Mile 3 North and FM 491 Project"  with the firm of Dos Logistics, Inc.  (as previously approved/ranked by CC and authorized for negotiations on 08/05/08) for "professional engineering services".
