Code, Chapter 418.108 (a)(b). discussion, consideration and approval of continuation of state of disaster originally declared on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 (by County Judge) to deal with the on-going torrential rains and localized flooding situation that are affecting the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Hidalgo County;
