District Clerk:
Approval of 2008 interdepartmental transfer from Countywide Administration - Contingency to District Clerk in the amount of $32,507.62 to fund the creation of three (3) temporary full-time Assistant Deputy clerk positions and related fringe benefits, previously approved by CC on 7/22/08.

BACKGROUND

Funding is prorated from 8-1-08 to 12-31-08 for slot no.'s T068, T069, & T070.  
Temporary full-time positions are not to exceed six (6) months. 
Employees began to work the first week of August 2008 as per BAP Salary Schedule.
