The Urban County Program requests approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of Edcouch for the purchase of a Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. model RP1003 Pumper mounted on an Intruder II Chassis with equipment, utilizing 2008 FY funds.
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 has allocated $257,000.00 from it's 2008 FY funding for the purchase of a Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. model RP1003 Pumper mounted on an Intruder II Chassis and equipment for the City of Edcouch. (Attached is copy of Agreement).
City Council took action to approve on September 16, 2008. (see attachment)
