BACKGROUND
Siddons Fire Apparatus is a vendor through BuyBoard Contract # 245-06. HUD authorized Pre-Award Agreement for payment of pumper/rescue unit. The first payment, in the amount of $150,000.00, utilized Precinct No. 3 (Palmview) UCP Year 20 (2007) Fire Station/Equipment recaptured funds. The second payment will utilize Urban County Program Year 21 (2008) funds. Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court approved the Pre-Award Agreement on December 5, 2007.
