BACKGROUND
Urban County Program - HOME Division has negotiated a Professional Engineering Service contract with Millennium Engineers Group, Inc., in the amount of $4,652.50 for Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation project. (See attached scope of services).
