The Urban County Program is requesting the award of bids and approval of contracts for the demolition and reconstruction of the following: 
1.  (1) Unit in the City of Hidalgo in the amount of $41,000.00 to GMH Construction. 
2.  (1) Unit in the Countywide area in the amount of $38,740.00 to G & G Contractors.

BACKGROUND

The following families were approved to receive assistance under the HOME-Homeowner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners' Court on July 1, 2008 & August 5, 2008.  Bid was received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
