1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) for Professional Engineering services in connection with Hidalgo County - Urban County Program Year 19 (2007) for a survey within Precinct No. 1.
2. Presentation of the scoring grid (of at least three (3) engineering firms from the County's approved "pool" as graded and evaluated by UCP Home Staff) for the purpose of ranking by Commissioner's Court in connection with an Urban County Program Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation project survey in Precinct No. 1.
3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm for the provision of surveying services for a Precinct No. 1 Owner - Occupied Rehabilitation project.

Urban County Program HOME Staff has rated three engineering service firms from the County's approved "pool".   CVQ Engineering, Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. and Rodriguez Engineering were rated for a Housing Rehab project that requires a survey.
