6.  Requesting electronic authorization for all programmatic data between CSA and funding sources.

1. Neighbor to Neighbor Program funding in part by CPL and customer donations. Amendment increased the benefit level from $200 to $300.
2. CSBG (Community Service Block Grant) Amendment 1 and 2 releases third and fourth quarter funding to a total of $1,643,470.62.
3. CSBG/MSFW (Migrant Seasonal Farm Worker) Amendment 1 and 2 releases third and fourth quarter funding to a total of $89,594.
4. CEAP (Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program) Amendments 1 and 2 releases third and fourth quarter funding to a total of $1,940,103. This amendment includes an increase of $181,668.
5. CSBG- a new one time grant for a total of $150,000.
6.Request authorization that continues to allow me to download hard copies of contracts, reports, and to sign-off electronically between CSA and funding sources.
