Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval of modificatons and/or amendments to the current awarded contract C-04-228-11-09 with ACS/Government Records Services, Inc. to reflect the changes, including, but not limited to, the following with legal counsel drafting documents:

A.   Provision I. Term and Extension - Delete articles 1.02 and 1.03 and modifiy to read:  At the end of the "Inital Term" if a renewal or extension has not been exercised, Hidalgo County will proceed on a "month to month" basis with the option to renew and extend for a one year term to an additional five years ("Renewal Term");
B.   Article 1.05 - Termination - Delete and replace with:  Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days written notice, etc.;
C.  Provision II. Payment - 2.01 Contract Price - article B. Computerized indexing of Land Records will reflect and amended/modified rate from $1.43 to $1.30/instrument.
