B. Request approval to process manual check to L & G Engineering pending approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

C. Request approval of Work Authorizations of Professional Engineering Services to be provided by L&G Engineering Laboratory for Construction Material Testing on USIBWC Hidalgo Protective Levee Improvement Project as follows:

1. Work Authorization No. 32 for DHS Segment 0-4A
2. Work Authorization No. 33 for DHS Segment 0-4C

D. Request approval of Change Order No. 4 and No. 5 on the Contract with Williams Brothers Construction for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-9 Ph I. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

E. Request approval of Change Order No. 3 and No. 4 on the Contract with Williams Brothers Construction for the Construction of Levee DHS Segment 0-10. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.
