BACKGROUND
Urban County Program - HOME division has negotiated a Professional Engineering Service contract with Millennium Engineers Group, Inc., in the amount of $7,078.00 for Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation project. ( See attached scope of services )
