A. Presentation for discussion, consideration, action in connection with the responses received for RFP NO: 2008-408-11-05-VYG-Expansion of Licensed Professional Counselor(s) Pool of providers for the purposes of ranking by CC as "qualified" and thus allowing qualified participants to be added to the existing "Pool" in order to provide necessary/required services on an as needed basis for "RFP NO: 2008-408-11-05-VYG-Expansion of Licensed Professional Counselor(s) Pool" at the "Judge Mario E. Ramirez, Jr. Juvenile Justice Center".
B. Requesting authority for Purchasing Department to enter into negotations with qualified participants including any best and final offers in order to finalize contract process.
BACKGROUND
Currently there are only two (2) licensed professional counselor(s) on the existing pool and the department is in great need of adding more to the pool.
