1. Public Hearing concerning a proposed Program Amendment for Urban County Program FY 16 (2003), FY 17 (2004), FY 18 (2005), FY 20 (2007) and FY 21 (2008) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3. The proposed amendment will add streets to the existing Street Improvement work plans.

2. Requesting approval of a Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 to add streets to the existing work plans for Urban County Program Year 16 (2003), Year 17 (2004), Year 18 (2005), Year 20 (2007) and Year 21 (2008).

The proposed amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 will add streets to the existing work plans in UCP Year 16 (2003), Year 17 (2004), Year 18 (2005), Year 20 (2007) and Year 21(2008). A Public Hearing was held on January 13, 2009 at 1:30 P.M., and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.

*The proposed Amendment will add to the Year 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 Street Improvement work plans the following streets and the surrounding streets in the general vicinity of: 2 Mile Line from FM 492 to Abram Road, Western Road from 3 Mile to 7 Mile, Moorefield Road south of FM 495, Bentsen Palm Drive from 1 Mile to 3 Mile, Abram Road from 1 Mile to 5 Mile, Greene Road 2 miles south of Expressway 83, Trosper Road from 3 Mile to 4 mile, 6 Mile from Doffing Road to Minnesota Road, Watson Road south of Business 83, Scott Lane south of Business 83, 5 Mile Line from FM 492 to Western Road, Military Road west of Peñitas to Havana, Chihuahua Road from Business 83 west to end of pavement, Jimenez Drive, Carlos Circle Lane, Wintex Drive, American Lane, Carol Drive, Esperanza Street, Joshua Street, Rachel Street, Iowa Road from 7 Mile to 8 Mile, Mile 8 from Western Road to Iowa Road, Abram Road from 7 Mile to 8 Mile, Brushline Road from 7 Mile to 8 Mile, Breyfogle Road from Business 83 to Expressway 83, streets in the Riverside Subdivision (east of Showers Road), and Minnesota Country Estates (Minnesota & 6 Mile) pending eligibility status located in the Precinct 3 area.
