Ms. Leticia G. Martinez would open and close the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce during early voting from Monday, October 23, 2006 through Friday, November 03, 2006. (One hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, including weekends.) 24 hours worked@ $25 per hour= $600.00.
