BACKGROUND
Ms. Cavazos went and developed some photos (on a criminal case) that were provided by a law enforcment agency on a CD because she wasn't aware that Roy Cazares has the equipment in his office to print the photos. Ms. Cavazos was recently moved from the Misdmeanor Section to the Felony Section and wasn't aware of the procedure.
