The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated Material Testing professional service contract with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $ 7,529.00 utilizing Year 21 (2008) funds for a Water/Sewer improvement project (installation of Sewer line on alley between Calle Del Cedro & Las Palmas) within the City of Weslaco.
BACKGROUND
The City of Weslaco requested authorization to negotiate a Material Testing service contract with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. for the Water/Sewer Improvement Project. A best and final offer was submitted by Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $7,529.00. The improvements will allow for the installation of rehabilitated sewer lines in the alley between Calle Del Cedro and Las Palmas in Weslaco. See attached scope of services and best and final offer letter from Raba Kistner.
