In accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 130.902, the County Clerk's Office is requesting approval from Commissioners' Court and County Auditor, to use $100.00 change fund, originally designated for the use in the Mission Closed Substation to be transferred to the change fund used at the Edinburg Main Office. The requested funds will be used for two additional cash boxes that will meet the increased work flow.

Clerk-Mission Change Fund"; available balance as of 3-25-09 $100.00.Auditor's office-Accounting division will need to prepare a JE to recognize the transfer of change fund monies from the Mission substation to the Edinburg main office and transfer monies into acct #9-1100-152-03-000-425-0-000 "Advance to Co. Clerk-Change Fund", pending approval of this agenda item.
