Requesting authorization for County Judge to sign the Combined Notice - Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds and the Request for Release of Funds and Certification (RROF) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 Street Improvements project Urban County Year 19 (2006).
BACKGROUND
In order for the Urban County Program to receive the 2006 (Year 19) Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 Street Improvement funds, the County Judge or designee must sign and forward the NOI/RROF to the Office Housing and Urban Development by the published time line. The request in the amount of $924,741.90 is for reconstruction of Mile 6 West (from HWY 107 to Mile 11 North) in the Precinct No. 1 area. All environmental review/special conditions have been completed.
