BACKGROUND
Monies for overtime for officer participating in the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders & Fugitive Task Force are made available based on the current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office and the United States Marshals Service.
Funding is also provided for fringe benefits (with the exclusion of health and life insurance expenses).
