BACKGROUND
The Memorandum of Understanding with the South Texas Chapter of the American Red Cross will use it's best efforts to provide temporary shelters, mass feeding facilites, mobile feeding facility, replacement clothing, crisis counseling and home clean up kits to disaster victims in Hidalgo County.
