BACKGROUND

This transfer is to reclassify PO #611180 for Dos Land Surveying. Payment request was previously approved by CC on 5-19-09, refer to AI #15502, item 18B.1

Court took "No Action" on interfund transfer, refer to CC 7-14-09, AI #16375, item 20.B.1.
