Request approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Work Authorization NO. 10 for 11 additional parcels surveys by and between Hidalgo County and R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation Contract (#C-08-381-09-16) for L J Drainage Project.
BACKGROUND
PO#620378 for Work Authorization #10 approved on CCM 03/24/2009 AI-14634 with an original estimated fee of $49,000.00. However, original estimated amount of $49,000.00 is incorrect due to a mathematical extension error in the amount of $4,000.00. Thus original WA #10 should have reflected a total of $53,000;
Supplemental No. 1 approved by CC 4-21-09 on did not reflect the correct amount of WA#10 and thus continued to show a new total.
Supplemental #2 will correct the original error and bring the new total to reflect what it should be.
