The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Mission - Boys & Girls Club of Mission (Youth Services) in the amount of $37,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 22 (2009).

BACKGROUND

Funding will be utilized for the reimbursement of salaries for program leader(s) and/or unit director who will provide direct services to the youth. Services will be solely provided at the Jessie Jensen Unit. The agreement shall be effective September 8, 2009 and termination on May 31, 2010. (See the attached Exhibits)

Individual Agreement amount:           Hidalgo County Precinct #3 37,000.00
Total Funding Amount:                       $37,000.00
