The Urban County Program requests approval of Amendment #1 for Contract Number 70090019 for the Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery Program (DRP).

Hidalgo County entered into contract with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) in order to provide repairs and/or reconstruction to the homes of victims of Hurricane Dolly within the County's jurisdiction.  After further review it has been found that an error was made under Exhibit B - Budget, thus an amendment is required.  The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to submit the DRP amendment as follows:
