Hidalgo County Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct # 3 is requesting authorization to approve an Interlocal Agreement with City of Palmview for the overlay of streets in the Tierra Linda Subdivision located south of Expressway 83 and west of Green Road. Hidalgo County Precinct No.3 will utilize Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) and Year 22 (2009) Palmview recaptured street improvement funds.

Hidalgo County Precinct No.3 will overlay Chihuahua Drive, Durango Drive, Guadalajara Drive, Mazatlan Drive, Nogales Drive, and Tampico Drive located in the Tierra Linda Subdivision within Palmview city limits.  Precinct No. 3 will provide labor and equipment necessary for the overlay and/or paving of the streets utilizing Palmview’s recaptured funds for the purchase of all necessary road materials/supplies.
