A. Request approval of Change Order No. 4B, No. 12 and No. 14 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-4A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

B. Request approval of Change Order No. 13C and No. 16B on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS Segment 0-6A. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

C. Request approval of Change Order No. 31B on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-6BC. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

D. Request approval of Change Order No. 24 and No. 25 on the Contract with SER Construction Partners, LTD. for the Construction of Levee DHS 0-7. Subject to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) concurrence.

E. Request approval of payment of Invoices to L&G Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Segments:

1. DHS 0-4B Invoice 7549

F. Request approval to process manual checks to L&G Engineering on the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

G. Request approval of Payment Request No. 12, No. 13 (Liquidated Damages) and No. 14 Partial Release of Retainage to Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of DHS 0-4A (3.87 miles). 

H. Request approval to process manual checks to Ballenger Construction Company for the above mentioned projects pending the approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
