Presentation of response received from Tri-County Coummunications, Ltd. (contracted vendor) to Commissoners Court's request of (12/15/09) for a "mutual termination" agreement to contract #C-07-340-07-03-Tower Space of Antenna & Cable for use of Repeater" for Hidalgo County Fire Marshal's Office with any applicable action related to same.
BACKGROUND
Non acceptance of a mutual termination to current agreement will result in an automatic renewal for a two year term.
Earliest possible option to exercise and advise vendor (through formal notice) of County's desire to non-renew or terminate will occur September of 2011.
