A.  Requesting authority to cease negotiations with ACT for the Tax Office automated tax collection system;

B.  Authority to  re-advertise Requests for Proposals including approval of procurement packet (i.e. qualifications and/or requirements, services, legal notices, evaluation criteria, forms, etc.) as drafted by the Tax Office for a: Turnkey Automated Tax Collection System for Hidalgo County;

C.  Designation of Armando Barrera, Jr. Tax Assessor-Collector and Renan Ramirez from the IT Department as the evaluators/graders of responses received for RFP-Turnkey Automated Tax Collection System for Hidalgo County;
