Requesting authorization to extend fiscal year agreement with The Salvation Army -ESG Program YR 21- (2008) until March 31, 2010 and to amend the amounts allocated to essential services and maintenance and operations. Their agreement terminated Dec. 31, 2009.
BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting authorization to amend the agreement between The Salvation Army and the Hidalgo County - ESG Program-YR 21 (2008) until March 31, 2010 and requesting approval to move funds from essential services to maintenance and operations. The request is to move $13,125.13 from essential services to the maintenance and operations category to exhaust all the funds remaining.
The grant awarded to The Salvation Army in the amount of $116,790.00 will not change.
