The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with L & G Engineering Laboratory, in the amount of $9,085.00 utilizing Year 22 (2009) funds for Material Testing Services for Mile 2 2/3 (also known as Saenz Street) a Street Improvements Project for the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 included in the Annual Workplan.
BACKGROUND
L & G Engineering Laboratory has submitted a best and final offer for material testing services for the geotechnical testing required for street improvements to Mile 2 /3 (also known as Saenz Street), within the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 boundaries. L & G Engineering Laboratory was the highest rated firm by Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $9,085.00 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
