BACKGROUND
A tract of land situated in Hidalgo County, Texas containing 10.00 acres being all of Lot 3, Block 53, lying east of First Terrace and the West 10.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 53, Alamo Land and Sugar Company Subdivision, a re-subdivision of Portion 72, Los Torritos, Santa Ana and El Gato Grants, Hidalgo County, Texas was forfeited to the HIDTA Task Force under Cause-3849-98-F
