1. Public Hearing on a proposed Budget & Program Amendment for Urban County Program FY 21 (2008) and YR 22 (2009) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3.  The proposed amendment will delete the street and fire station activities of forfeited Sullivan City funds and increase the Precinct 3 Street Improvement funds and add new streets to the work plan.

2. Requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 to the existing work plan for Urban County Program Year 21 (2008) and Year 22 (2009).

A Public Hearing was held on March 2, 2010 at 9:30 a.m., and citizen participation requirements have been met.   See attached detailed amendment.

The proposed Precinct 3 Year 21 (2008) Amendment will:
* delete the Sullivan City Street Improvements ($324,310.00) and Sullivan City Fire Station ($5,000.00) activities, increase funds for Precinct 3 Street Improvement activities in the amount $329,310.00 and add to the workplan:  The construction or re-construction of Breyfogle Road from FM 495 to 3 Mile, Minnesota Road from 5 Mile to 7 Mile, Moorefield Road from FM 495 to 5 Mile, La Homa Road from 7 Mile to 10 Mile and Abram Road from Expressway 83 to Business Highway 83 and the surrounding streets in the general vicinity to include, but not limited to, caliche, curb & gutter, sidewalks and related appurtenances.

The proposed Precinct 3 Year 22 (2009) Amendment will:
* add to the workplan:  The construction or re-construction of Breyfogle Road from FM 495 to 3 Mile, Minnesota Road from 5 Mile to 7 Mile, Moorefield Road from FM 495 to 5 Mile, La Homa Road from 7 Mile to 10 Mile and Abram Road from Expressway 83 to Business Highway 83 and the surrounding streets in the general vicinity to include, but not limited to, caliche, curb & gutter, sidewalks and related appurtenances.
