Pursuant to provisions under various professional engineering contracts, requesting approval Supplement Agreement for the following firms:
A. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-08-030A-10-28-effective 10-28-08 between Hidalgo County and Javier Hinojosa Engineering through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
B. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-08-030B-11-25-effective 11-25-08 between Hidalgo County and Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding.
