Pursuant to provisions under various engineering services contracts, requesting approval of Supplemental Agreements with the following firms:
A. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-08-031A-11-12-effective 11-12-08 between Hidalgo County and Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding;
B. Supplemental Agreement # 1-extending contract #C-CAP-08-031B-11-12-effective 11-12-08 between Hidalgo County and J. E. Saenz & Associates, Inc. through the completion of all phases of improvements in Hidalgo County Colonias approved by the State of Texas under the Third Call of Proposition Three funding.
