a. Recommending action to reject the sole bid received for: "OFF PREMISES STORAGE, RECORDS MANAGEMENT, PICK UP, RETRIEVAL, DESTRUCTION & DELIVERY SERVICES"-Hidalgo County WIC Program and Other County Department as bid pricing received is over the department's budgeted amount-Bid No. 2010-033-02-17-otm;
b. Pursuant to terms and conditions of the current agreement between Hidalgo County and CTC, approval to issue notice to contractor of Hidalgo County WIC Program's intent to remove all documents from contractor's facility within the time table detailed in the agreement at no charge to WIC.
BACKGROUND
Ms. Norma Longoria, Director of WIC Program has found a location/space for the relocation of all her records, which will be at the Old Jail (D-5).
